Websters Dictionary describes the word “Kindness” as the state or quality of being kind, in any of its various senses; manifestation of kind feeling or disposition beneficence.
Kindness in my eyes is pretty summed up as this.
An act that positively influences the life of both the giver and the receiver is a kindness. It doesn’t have to cost money or be difficult to perform. It can be spontaneous (random) or premeditated. It can be as simple as a smile or a thank you, and as complicated as starting a non-profit organization to benefit those in need. Kindness has four working parts: dignity, respect, compassion, and humility. If you have all of these things for yourself, then you will be able to share them with others. If we reach out with dignity, respect, compassion, and humility, we are likely to feel it being returned.
Actively seeking out opportunities to assist others will naturally bring a
certain amount of warmth and feeling of self-worth to each of us. It feels
good to help others and others feel good knowing someone wants them
to help.
“Consideration” and “helpful” are words often used to describe a kind deed.
Kindness is what you define it as, rather than what someone else thinks you
should believe it is.
I suggest all people actively attempt to live by my phrase, “Today I will
commit one random act of senseless kindness. Will You?”
I’m going to live by that phrase… are you?

Hello all :)
Noises in the night- usually just the casual burgular breaking in, eh?
-i joke- i was once lying in bed a few years ago (ahem) and heard this noise- a consistent thud, thud, thud… i’m like “whats that?” i sit up in bed and concentrate even more… little beads of sweat forming on my forehead as i try my hardest to listen out again for this noise… as my fear rises it starts to get louder and louder… then i realise… it’s my heart… - lol - true story…
Rainy and cold Days… bah! those days where your bed is much more attractive than getting up- going to college or school - you finally muster up the determination to get up- you get dressed and ready… and now for a person who is very bothered about how they look and are dressed - believe it or not - it is so annoying when you have your outfit ready and planned. then you realize that its raining and its cold so you shove on a big coat, which in one fell swoop destroys your outfit - for anyone who may see you, and be bothered about your looks - i have a policy of putting my coat over my outfit and hoping to god that my college is warm so that i can take it off and show of my outfit - not that anyone cares (but it feels good for me) - before anyone sees me.
Could we combat global warming simply by getting everybody in the world to blow at the same time?
Life Changing Decisions-
Don’t you just hate them- the perilous lifetime decision that could send your life spiralling to ultimate sorrow and doom or to never ending happiness. The deep feeling in your gut that is pulling you towards a certain choice. Putting it off in your mind, leaving it in the back of your head. Choice A or B? Yes or No? Right or Left? How are you supposed to judge which way to go, what to choose or to just simply turn left at a set of traffic light’s. Red, Amber, Green. A sudden split decision which could entail a traffic jam a few streets down or straight open roads on the way to Paradise City.Did Elvis stop to think twice about putting on his blue suede shoes just to get them trod on…? Did anyone ever have a small decision that turned out to be their biggest decision of their lives?
Thank’s for Reading.
